If you are looking a quick, dirty way to plan your meals for the week…well, this can do that. But if you are looking for a way to really keep tabs on what is going on in your kitchen then THIS is it!

One Meal Planner to rule them all…actually 12 meal planners: one for each month. If you are looking a quick, dirty way to plan your meals for the week…well, this can do that. But if you are looking for a way to really keep tabs on what is going on in your kitchen then THIS is it! Each meal planner is editable (sans the headings like the days of the week and food groups) in Adobe Reader. With space to: 1. Set your food group goals for the week 2. Calculate your food groups each day to see where you come up short 3. Plan snacks 4. Note expiring foods so that you can use them in your meal plan, no foods wasted in this kitchen. 5. Record your meals for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner each day 6. Quickly see what foods are in season. This is already filled in for you with foods for each month but is easily editable so that you can remove foods your family is in to, get rid of imported seasonal foods if you’d rather eat local or add your own foods in case you forage or grow varieties that come in to seasons at different times. Scaled to fit Letter sized paper (8.5″” x 11″”), you can print them again and again for years to come.

ABOUT ME
Hi! I’m Shell. founder of Purveyor of Geekery. When I’m not designing, I’m redirecting my son from destroying the house, drinking tea or plotting my next travel adventures. I’m originally from Pittsburgh, PA but now spend my time between Vero Beach, FL (East Coast, halfway between Orlando and West Palm) and Ludlow, Shropshire in the gorgeous countrysides of England.

ABOUT MY CRAFT
I live, eat and breathe design and marketing.

I would skip days in grade school to go sit in on college level Psychology and Humanities classes with my mom, who was working on her degree at the time, so I have always had a love affair with the way the human psyche works. I guess engagement strategist was a natural progression for my future self?

I’ve been designing since Sr. Year in High School when I first took up as the layout editor for the school paper. Since then I’ve worked as everything from a layout artist in a print shop to the Art Director for a book publishing house.

In college I took up the nerd side of things, coding my first webpage: a bright pink page with a half-naked boy a la Abercrombie and Fitch and a swishy tailed squirrel gif. Since then I’ve lead major social network developments (back in the late 2000’s), iPhone app development, mobi-site development and more.
